Evaluation is not just about gathering the right data; It is being able to visually present data for the audience to understand and use to make effective decisions. Below are examples of evaluation reports and data management projects.
Data from shelters across the state was needed to support shelters with the hiring, retention and flourishing of BIPOC staff. A survey was created, and
for each shelter, an individualized report was generated.
Annual reports require significant data, all of which must be accurate, and presented to showcase accomplishments and explain concerns. The data and a design template were submitted for this report.
Faciliation of group discussions provides vast amounts of data. This graphic summarizes and presents the data collected from a professional development day at a key sponsor in an actionable format.
